First off, the heating and air conditioning situation wasn't exactly perfect. In my room, the split system unit made this annoying sound that I could only describe as trickling water. I could still hear it even with earplugs in, which is pretty frustrating when you're just trying to get a good night's sleep! Not what you expect in a brand new hotel. Now, on to the free Wi-Fi-I have to give them a thumbs up here. The connection was decent, and it made sharing my travel pics a breeze. Gotta love that! The tea and coffee facilities were okay, but it would have been nice to have some more options. I mean, just a basic kettle is fine, but how about some fancy teas or even hot chocolate? Just a little something extra would've gone a long way. And when it comes to soundproofing, let's just say, it needs some serious work. I could hear everything from the hallway and outside, including a lot of wind noise. It definitely made the vibe less chill, especially during the night. Now, on to the toiletries and housekeeping. They provided some nice free toiletries and the housekeeping staff were friendly and seemed to do a great job. My room was clean and tidy when I checked in, and they refreshed it daily without any issues. No room service was a bit of a letdown, especially after driving for hours and just wanting to chill. It would've been wonderful to order something cozy to eat without having to go out. Oh, the welcome drink was a nice touch, but it could have set a better tone if it was more than just a basic beverage. Something special would have been appreciated. I did see a happy hour advertised, but I didn't really get a chance to take advantage of it. Next time, I'll make it a point to check that out. Now, about the breakfast-let's just say it wasn't fantastic. I mean, the coffee was solid, and the raisin bread was great, but I could've really used some scrambled eggs or yogurt to kickstart the day. The croissants looked a bit cheap, and honestly, for the money we're paying, I feel like they could do better. Just a couple of hot options would be amazing! So yeah, while there were definitely high points-like the location and the comfy bed-the noise really turned me off and the breakfast needs a serious boost. Just my personal take, but thought it might help others when deciding where to stay!

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a blast! The pillows and beds were super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved that the hotel had modern facilities, and the location was perfect as it was easy to get to the event we were attending. The breakfast was well-priced and offered a good variety of food.
That the room did not have a fridge or microwave. It would have been nice to have those amenities, especially since we were staying for a few days.
